Purpose: To recognize the chapter most effective at expanding THSJ’s community.

Criteria:

Referrals: Successful introduction of new schools or student participants to THSJ (at least 3 new partner schools or a 20% increase in new contributors over the previous cycle). Refer new schools by setting up Instagram/Discord GCs with the Chairperson (@meikh_neiht on Instagram, thienkbui on Discord) or a member of the communications team.

Diversity & Reach: Demonstrated effort in recruiting students from varied backgrounds, regions, or academic interests.

Sustained Engagement: Ensuring that referred schools/students remain active and contribute meaningful work.

Measurable Outcomes: Improvement in students’ writing, research, or critical thinking skills as seen in the chapter's academic performance.
